What To Do When Your Roommate Is Insane

Beginning your first year of college is an exciting and nervewrecking experience. It may take some time getting used to the routine, studies, and your roomate. Many colleges require that first-year non-resident students reside in the dormitories for at least one full year. Oftentimes your roomate will turn out to be one of your closest friends and this is often the first person you meet on campus. However, there are a few instances where you and your roomate may not get along at all. What do you do if you are having problems with your roomate? Many new college students will attempt to stick it out and simply ignore the problem because they believe that there is nothing that can be done. However, this is not true. If there are problems between two individuals in the dorms, the resident leader in charge can be notified. Once this is done, the resident leader will first try to settle the issues so that they can be resolved. If this talk still does not help, many times you will get re-assigned to another dorm. Just remember, having a crazy roomate does not have to make your college life experience hell, rather all you have to do is communicate about the problem and it can be resolved. The hits keep comin’: NEWS ANALYSIS Dorm transfers review
